CET Karnataka Information 2009

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (CET) 2009 examinations will be a two-day affair and will be held on April 29 and 30 reports the Indian Express. Higher Education Minister Aravind Limbavali announced the decision after the Governing Council (GC) meeting of the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) on Wednesday. he said We have decided to revert to the two day CET after two years of single day CET for the benefit of students.Decentralised counselling To facilitate the students from outside Bangalore, counselling for the Common Entrance Test (CET) will be de-centralised for the first time in 2009.

Jan 12 – last date for dispatch of test admission tickets
Feb 8-Publishing of answer keys after test completion
Feb 14-Last date for receiving objections pertaining to answer keys
Feb 23- Publishing of test scores
Feb 26-Last date for receiving objections pertaining to answer keys
Feb 28 – Publishing of rank list
Mar 10- Last date for dispatch of rank cards
Candidates who dont receive test admission ticket must check the
April 29, 2009: Biology 10:30-11.50 AM, Mathematics 2:30-3:50 PM
April 30, 2009: Physics 10:30-11:50 AM, Chemistry 2:30-3:50 PM
