GUIDE-LINES ON INTER DISTRICT TRANSFERS -2009:
Minimum service of the teacher in present category of the post is 2 years as on 1.07.2009.Teachers continuing on court orders under G.O, 610 are not eligible to apply under ‘Inter District Transfer’ unless such teachers withdraw their court case and join at their local districts.Applications shall be received through on-line.The software shall be uploaded in website and access to Internet will be made available as per schedule to the applicants and DEOs.Teachers whose spouses are working in State Govt, Central Govt, State Public Sector, Central Public Sector, Universities and Local Bodies are eligible to apply.The teachers who applied for transfer through online shall obtain a print out and submit the same along with the required certificates to the respective D.E.O. for verification.Mutual Transfers of the same cadre of post shall be permitted.Teachers working in State Govt.,/ ZP/ MP Schools are eligible to apply for Inter District Transfer.Only application received through on-line will be considered at district / State Level.The applications of in-eligible teachers and in-complete applications will not be considered.The teachers concerned shall be responsible for the correctness of the information furnished by them.A declaration shall be given by the applicant that he/she would forego his/her seniority in the old unit and accept to take last rank in the new unit (district).

The teachers/H.M.s Gr.II are requested to apply for the transfers through online and also download the same from the Website and submit to the concerned.

1. Inter district transfers:- 28-6-2009 from 10.00 AM to 7-7-2009 upto 5 PM

2. General Transfers:

What is CART ?

Retailers Association of India is conducting the Common Admission Retail Test (CART) on a national basis from 9th March 2009 till 30th May 2009 on staggered basis for admission to the RAI's Postgraduate Program in Retail Management (PGPRM) offered in 17 institutes currently RAI has t ied up with. The objective of the test is to assess the candidate's aptitude for retail management education, including Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Consumer Comprehension.

The examination will be conducted at over 32 centers spread across India

Retailers

B Tech (Information and Communication Technology)

Eligibility: Candidates should be

● a pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science
● born on or after 01 October 1984
● appear in AIEEE 2009 examination being conducted by CBSE on 26 April 2009
● submit a separate application to DA-IICT in the prescribed Application Form

DAIICT Selection Process:

Short-listed candidates will be called for counseling at DA-IICT and selection for admission will be based on the All India Rank of AIEEE 2009. Details are available at DA-IICT website

A limited number of seats will be offered through a separate channel called ‘Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students’ (DAFS) to Non Resident Indians, Foreign Nationals and Persons of Indian Origin.

How to apply: The DA-IICT application form will be made available through the following channels:

● At selected branches of Axis Bank (formerly UTI Bank), as given below, by paying Rs 800/-

● Sending a demand draft of Rs 850/- to the Institute. The draft should be in favour of DA-IICT and payable at Ahmedabad.

● Apply online at http://www.daiict.ac.in by making an online payment (through credit card) of Rs 800/-

Scholarships: DA-IICT offers merit and merit-cum-means scholarships for BTech students. In each category five students are awarded scholarships equivalent to full tuition fees.

Selection Process: Admission to M Tech (ICT) program will be based on valid GATE score. Candidates for other PG programs will be selected through an entrance test and/or interview at select cities. Detailed procedure is available at DA-IICT website.

How to apply: A candidate can submit an application either online (preferably) or offline. The application fee is Rs 800/- (online) and Rs 1000/- if a candidate downloads the form and sends the hard-copy. In both cases, the draft needs to be sent by courier/registered post.

Financial Assistance: Candidates admitted to M Tech would be eligible to get Teaching Assistantship of Rs 7500/- per month. Candidates admitted to PhD program will be eligible for a stipend varying from Rs 12000/- to Rs 25000/- per month.

The Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani came into existence in 1969 as per Haryana Act No. 11 of 1969 with its head-quarters at Chandigarh later shifted to Bhiwani in January 1981. The Board started with a staff of 100 officials allocated from Punjab University, Chandigarh and conducted the first examination of matriculation level (10th Class) in 1970. The Board started conducting the Middle examination with effect from 1976 to improve educational standards at Middle level. The Board adopted 10+2 pattern of education and conducted XII class examination under the new scheme with effect from 1987. It started conducting 10+2 Vocational examination in 1990, keeping in view the need and relevance of vocationalization of education in the backdrop of the fast changing economic scenario. Further, in order to reach out to the unreached, the Board established Haryana Open School in 1994 and thereby started bringing into the fold of education those who could not get formal education or could not continue it due to varied reasons.

Now, endowed with the strength of more than 800 officials/officers and examining 10 lakh + (one million +) candidates in examinations conducted by the Board, elaborate arrangements are made by the Board for the conduct of these examinations in a fair manner devoid of copying and other malpractices. Besides performing the function of conducting examination, the Board is earnestly committed to its long term goal of raising the standard of education in the State.

Keeping in view the twin ideals of maintaining sanctity as well as reliability of examinations on the one hand and overall improvement in the quality of education on the other, the Board has recently initiated various innovations in the different facets of school education. The wide spectrum of these reforms though unfolded with curbing unfair practices in the examination and stringent punishment laid out for the same, it entailed a reality check done on almost very aspect of the functioning of the Board and strong doses of reforms being introduced whenever and wherever required.

Substantial use of information technology has made this board a technology - savy organization and this has enormously benefited all the stakeholders, particularly the students. We are indeed exploring the other means and ways of getting innovative in our endeavour to improve the quality of education in the State of Haryana.

This Board has introduced the semester system of education from academic year 2006-2007. It is the first Board in India to do so. It is also the first Board to introduce relative grading, CCE (Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation) in all board classes i.e. Middle, Secondary & Senior Secondary.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE REPORT OF THE FIFTH PUNJAB PAY
COMMISSION
• Pay Scales, Allowances and Pensions of Punjab Government
employees revised. Average increase to be around 27%.

• The Retirement age for all employees to be 60.

• Implementation of the revised pay scales from January 1,2006.

• Recommendations relating to allowances to be implemented from the date of notification by the Government.

• Five distinct running pay bands with longer spans being recommended-one running band each for all categories in groups D,C and B and 2 running pay bands for Group ‘A’.

• Each post has a distinct Grade Pay attached to it. Grade pay is linked to its seniority in the hierarchy.

• Total number of Pay Scales to remain 32, spread across five distinct running pay bands.

• Several categories of employees such as Teachers, Nurses, Constabulary to get higher pay scales.

• A person stagnating at the maximum of any pay band for more than one year continuously to be placed in the immediate next higher pay band without any change in the grade pay.

KEAM 2009 - Non-receipt of Admit Cards
Admit cards to the eligible candidates will be sent in the address mentioned in the OMR data sheet. Candidates who do not get the Admit card but whose application has been accepted will be issued an 'Identification Certificate' through the concerned Liaison Officer present at the places noted below, between 9 am & 1 pm on 19.04.2009.

The candidate himself/herself should meet the Liaison Officer with (i) his/her photograph attested on a plain paper by a Gazetted officer / by the Head of the Institution where the candidate is studying or has studied and (ii) an identical photograph which has to be affixed
in the Identification Certificate. In the event of non-receipt of admit cards, duplicate admit cards or Identification Certificates will not be issued to the candidates from the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, directly.
